true, but that also works the other way. Korolev was born in Zhitomir and grew up in Kiev Gurevich was educated in Ukraine. Every good Soviet tank since the T-34 was built and designed by mostly Ukrainians, mostly in Kharkiv. After 1991, Russia by itself improved t-72 and called it t-90, while ukraine made a REAL tank (t-84, based on 80, much better) Dont get me started on how everyone useful on the soviet soccer team was always Ukrainian. Whats wrong with Russia and Ukraine sharing credit?
