Absolutely the best movie ever made. This is definitely #1 on my list of favorites, followed by American Beauty, Harold Maude, anything by Tim Burton and A Very Long Engagement.

Greatest movie ever made - considering the out-and-out humanistic-ethic message; the follow-up had a hard-to-remember title So Nahe So Fern or something and I believe it was almost as good. Locations still exist!

Such an awesome, human film. Whoever made that "City of Angels" shit remake instead of re-releasing Wings of Desire should be fed to piranhas. Fucking Hollywood - would anyone care if it sank into the ocean?
