I think your order is exact, Chally 2 being the third and T-90 the fourth (there are others like Merkava and Leclerc too). Chally 2 has a sligthly worse gun and mobility (did they change the gun to german L44?), but excellent armour. Merkava is well protected too and I think it's among the best in rocky, hilly terrain conditions. T-90 overall is very good, and at a price less than half of that of the Abrams is excellent.
