because it's his only weakness. God blessed Samson with immeasurable strength, in which he was never suppose to cut his hair otherwise it would go away. Many scholars believe Samson was a Nazarite in which they were not allowed to cut their hair, so when he did his strength was gone. So she was only able to cut his hair cause that was his ONE weakness, the rest of him was too strong.

to specify... Samson's strength came from God, the hair was kind of his promise to God... it set him apart, so when he allowed Delilah to cut it, he broke his promise to God, therefor his strength
