How is John McCain the same??? He is for lower taxes, yes. He is also for fiscal responsibility which has been lacking for the last 8 years. Bush wasn't wrong on all accounts, lowering taxes was definitely the way to go. His problem was that he didn't keep spending in check and allowed both the Republican controlled houses in the early 2000's and now with the Democratic run Senate to get away with reckless spending. McCain is going to keep taxes low and at the same time keep spending in check.

Face it. Dem's are gonna lose this year. Obama was insecure and he chose Biden. Thats a sign of weakness. McCain chose Palin. That was courageous and bold. Americans don't want weakness.This was the Dem's year, and they blew it. They made 2 mistakes. 1) NOT putting Hillary on the top of the ticket. 2) NOT putting Hillary on the bottom of the ticket.
