You gave me "poor comment", but that little dog is spoiled for real. If the dog is too small to chase cats, it should wait to grow up. I know that this is just a cartoon, but let's see what is the message behind it. This is like a 16 year old wanting to drive a Porsche but haveing no money to buy it. If his fathet offers to buy him the car, he will make a very big mistake.
