Geddy and Anderson are so different, no comparison. I love both, however. Rush=biggest band nobody's ever heard of. Yes=easily ridiculed, rarily matched. Both bands never feared growth and change, embraced each new decade. That's why they've reached so many over the years.

Trevor Rabin gave Yes a new dimension. He could sing and could he play the guitar. I was saddened when he left the band. He put out a solo effort that was pretty good but not Yes.

you know, when people saw that yes's lead singer sounds identical to geddy lee, i always think "what r u talking about"...does anyone else think that?

It's funny. I was heavily into Yes in 1974-75 and onwards. When Yes' "pop" 90125 album came out I was flabbergasted that they would make an album like that. Thing is I did get the album years after it was out and it's the only Yes album I still listen to today. It's sheer brilliance.
