At the back of the room he made a second attempt to get away was taken to the ground where he CHOSE to ignore REPEATED orders to stop resisting even AFTER being warned he'd be tased if he didn't stop. Meyer CHOSE to be tased by CHOOSING to ignore those repeated orders warnings. Wikipedia has some information on this as well.

As seen in the WUFT video he was being escorted out by Police when Kerry intervened asked that he be allowed to ask a question. ACCENT Police chose to honor this request. Doing so did NOT mean that he was immune from forum rules it did NOT mean that the Police were to forget his earlier, ILELGAL, actions. Meyer was then told by Police they were going to talk to him after his question ......

He started pushing people out of his way(other people that also were not going to get to ask a question due to their place in line the QA being over) yelling cursing at Kerry. He was confronted by Police ACCENT(the group that sponsored the forum, two of which can be seen standing behind the Police dressed in suits) ordered to leave. ...
