brilliant, healthy organic and simple food is not only key for our health and longevity but also for starting a new way of living that we all want now. healthy food can be produced locally, do not need any purchase of chemicals, protects biodiversity, give pleasure and income to the one who produces it, makes people happy, is cheap, and cut drastically medical costs, assurances... someone who is till buying processed foods is or very ignorant or stupid

"Conflicts of interest and biases exist in virtually every field of medicine, particularly those that rely heavily on drugs or devices. It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this commentary which I reached slowly and reluctantly over many decades.
