You're right to say that Browns uregulated finace chancellorship was part of the problem. However if they're had been Tory government the same finance policies would have been pursued. Infact under Tories we would have less then our current minor security From the B of E and Europe.
Although Brown helped cause the chrisis, Cameron and especially Osbourne are not the answer.
