It is an achievement (X360), and trophie (PS3) u get after survive 5 minutes with a 6 stars pursuit.

what is one man army in this game,what it change?

An easy way to get the one man army is, when you first start the game.. go 2 the top of the map on the right side, then head over to the subway with a car, this subway leads to the bridge so just drive underneath the bridge in the subway, as soon as you get the 6 stars then just wait in the tunnel until 5 minutes is over.
Just watch out for the trains. :)

haha check you trying hard to make it
at the fisrt island , go to north, where south bohan is, go straight north and go in the metrotube , so you can travel to island 2, but don't go there, stay in the middle of that tube and wait till the 5 minutes are over
you have to get only island 1, otherway you dón't get cops in the tube to island 2
