first of all i have seen satch and vai both play and have had the pleasure of being in their company. and man i tell you greymantis these two players were ahead of their time. i mean look at chet he was sweep picking or did you failt o see that? yes vai and satch are damn good players but chet and jerry were before them they were the fore runners. so before you start spouting off facts make sure you know who teh hell you are talking about. tommy emmanuel is also a guy that took their style on.
