Great race! Freeman a deserved winner. Kath Merry unfortunately suffered injuries in her later career, otherwise she surely would have won a major. Unbelievable finish by Donna Fraser. Poor David Coleman losing it by then (Donna Frazey!?), and not long before he retired from the BBC (or was pushed). A legend, though.

actually love there are numerous aboriginal people who have competed in the olympics. the most recent being a couple of boxers in beijing. but i think cathy is the most spectacular.

cathy freeman is hot, she was blistering at the end of that race, crushed the competition.

Just to point out... Donna Fraser ran her last 200m almost as quick as Marita Koch did in 1986. Her last 100m was incredible!

she is my n1 aboriginal i like but i do feel sorry for her i mean her brother died and that
but i reckon she wil be the only ever aboriginal to ever compete in an olympic event
