The "civilian security force" they are talking about is a quote Obama gave talking about Americorps and infrastructure builders. Obama was talking about how instead of having the levies break and bringing the army in, we need an "army" of builders, social workers and volunteer citizens rebuilding America to keep it safe. Of course, the nuts took that clip to show Obama wants a "private army." They think environmentalism is a plot of the NWO. In other words, they are EXTREMELY lost. |
