You are the people that voted him in, so you have no one to complain to but yourselfs(Unless you voted Gore, or Kerry. Nearly everything Bush does has to be passed by Congress. Everyone has to stop making Bush a scapegoat for everything that goes wrong. Negativity is a bad thing.
Interesting fact: Most presidents start thier terms with high approval ratings and they end with low approval ratings, Bush had the highest approval rating ever in 2001, and lowest in '08.
