Amazing. But surprising that even though the imagination shown here knows no bounds when it comes to drawing and animation, the use of cinematic technique is very limited. Almost all of it is presented in static long shots, almost like we're looking at a proscenium stage (a la the early Melies fantasy shorts).
But if you're looking for a visual definition of the word "eerie," look no further!
P.S. I could add subtitles if someone would send me a tranlsation...

Strangely enough, Toho the people who made the Godzilla movies made this little animated short. It has a lot of influence from the Felix the Cat cartoons. |
