The match heated the air expanding it, pushing some of the air out of the bottle. Once the air started cooling again, it shrunk and created a suction force, bringing stuff back in, like the egg.

First of all the bottle is unreasonably small for this to work correctly. secondly its possible because the flame needs air to stay lite but when the egg is blocking the only source of oxygen then its trying to suck all its surrounding for the oxygen it needs and the egg is just the easyiest thing to suckand possible if its dont right regain the oxygen needed to stay lite untill the fires host is gone ( the match).

I think the heated gas just changed the malleability of the shell and the egg just drooped down into the bottle. But I could be wrong. Don't hold me to it.
