ruleoforder-Every cat up there ('cept for maybe Rice) can play Coltrane. Fleck put out a classical album and has a progressive jazz band. O'connor is a successful symphony composer. What is your idea of music that is NOT simple minded? Are you a musician? What qualifies you to make these remarks?

I'd be smiling too if I could play like Sam.

FWIW, they are in the key of A here. But don't let that stop your closed mind.

Ya know, we can thank Tony Rice for all this newgrass crap we have to hear in present times where everything is in the key of B.

hey "The Ripleys",
Nobody on this planet can show Bela Fleck up. He takes a backseat to no one on the 5 string.

Look at young Jerry Douglas! He's simply the best.
