Oh and another good prank is to clog your roommate's/friend's/whoever's car exaust pipe. Use gum or some other material that sticks well.
Or pour water on the roommate's bed not long before he/she goes to bed.
Or spray glue on his/her hair when he/she is sleeping.
Or piss on his/her clothes.....OK that my be too cruel.
